Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label high-value shipments with precision and speed
- Operate automated packaging machinery and quality control scanners
- Optimize packing processes to minimize material waste and maximize efficiency
- Maintain detailed inventory records using advanced WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Train new packers on equipment operation and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse/packing experience
- Proficiency with automated packaging equipment and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with error rates under 0.5%
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends during peak seasons)
