Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate automated packing equipment and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zone (32-40°F)
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Train new hires on packing procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience with proven accuracy record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons (Q4)
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional local deliveries
