Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly operational targets
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs and metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience implementing safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
