Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments in our WMS system
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with optimal space utilization
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with zero-tolerance errors
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
