Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Optimize packing methods to minimize material waste while ensuring product protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
