Responsibilities
- Precisely assemble and package customer orders with zero-error tolerance
- Operate automated packaging machinery and quality control scanners
- Optimize inventory placement using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate with shipping department for timely dispatch
- Maintain accurate packing records and inventory logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Train new packers on SOPs and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math and measurement proficiency
- Background check and drug screening clearance
