Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and maintain real-time stock accuracy in WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% precision for next-day delivery
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse layout and implement lean practices for maximum productivity
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Proficiency in WMS/RF scanner technology
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in overnight shifts
- Basic math skills and inventory knowledge
