Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using proper rigging techniques

- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment inspection routines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of recent industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
