Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of cross-dock shipments
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and quality control records
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with 99% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift availability
