Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inventory management and order fulfillment with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product integrity
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS technology
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with overnight shift preference
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Experience with inventory auditing and cycle counting
