Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping for high-value inventory during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Conduct meticulous inventory audits and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and optimize storage space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification and material handling proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Preferable: Experience with high-value inventory or temperature-controlled environments
