Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Conduct quality control checks on products and packaging
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
