Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Load & Unload:** Ensure the safe loading and unloading of trucks, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Equipment Certification: Current forklift certification (CDL Class A/B not required but a plus).
- Reliability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including holidays and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
