Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team setting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
