Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of critical processes
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace organization
- Process high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
