Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package temperature-sensitive inventory during overnight shifts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and RF scanners with zero-tolerance accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory tracking systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance protocols for food-grade storage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant workspaces and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
