Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize pallet stacking and inventory management protocols
- Maintain OSHA compliance in material handling equipment operation
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak shift transitions
- Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliation procedures
- Implement lean warehouse initiatives for efficiency improvements
- Train new associates on safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
