Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on all processed materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities meticulously
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
