Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions per safety protocols
- Process orders efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with precision
- Uphold strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
