Responsibilities
- Operate provided industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to load/unload shipments safely
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements using provided handheld scanners
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company-provided training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
