Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inbound/outbound logistics operations with precision
- Manage inventory accuracy using WMS systems and cycle counting
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5-8 warehouse associates
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum efficiency and safety
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety inspections
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership abilities with team development experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
