Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight team operations ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Implement quality control protocols for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Train and mentor new associates on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements and operational metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management or lead experience
- OSHA 10 certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
