Responsibilities
- Manage overnight inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and safety
- Conduct quality control audits and documentation compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift supervisors
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
