Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Follow strict safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
