Responsibilities
- Manage overnight warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 8-12 team members on safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct daily quality checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication for seamless supply chain integration
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
