Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and quality checks
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
