Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Optimize workflow using Amazon's proprietary warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
