Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, seal, and prepare packages for shipment efficiently and securely.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and update system records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (for delivery roles) and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
