Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and quality checks
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and responsibly
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining Amazon's high safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse flow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology
- Valid driver's license may be required for PIT certification
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
