Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification training provided)
- Pack and ship orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
- Support inventory audits and cycle count procedures
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including potential weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Reliable transportation to our Bakersfield facility
