Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, labelers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track order status
- Inspect products for damage before packing
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
