Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid state ID (no background check required for employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
