Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unfreeze refrigerated trailers with temperature-sensitive goods
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety compliance
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to strict OSHA and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in cold environment (-10°F to 40°F)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
