Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized stock levels and conduct cycle counts in assigned zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare outbound shipments for timely morning dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
