Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Optimize loading procedures for maximum efficiency
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/loading experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Hawaii driver's license preferred
