Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load/unload freight trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
