Responsibilities
- Safely move, stack, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments in our WMS system
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with quality control verification
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors, etc.) with precision
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends/evenings
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
