Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Optimize stacking and storage methods for maximum space utilization
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment
- Forklift license (Class I/III preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
