Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee equipment maintenance and operational budget
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance metrics
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
