Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals
- Support inventory control and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability a plus
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
