- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move perishable goods efficiently
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform facility sanitation and pest control inspections
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics
- Document temperature logs and inventory data accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
