Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows and productivity
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and work in varying temperature conditions
- Strong attention to detail with proven inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in basic warehouse technology systems (RF scanners, WMS)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
