Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Inspect and maintain product quality during receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Execute inventory control procedures using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP protocols for food safety compliance
- Perform routine facility sanitation and temperature monitoring duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with appropriate PPE
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
