Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train new team members on picking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/picking experience
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation
- Proficient with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
