Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize order fulfillment through strategic warehouse navigation and zone management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with <1% picking error rate
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a significant advantage
- Proven ability to meet/exceed productivity metrics
