Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality protocols
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
