Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 150+ orders per shift
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols in all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
