Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Optimize picking routes to meet 150+ orders/hour productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and quality control protocols
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with <99% order accuracy track record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environment (50-70°F)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingualism preferred but not required
