Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 team members during daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and SOPs
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
