Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and reach trucks efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized, clean workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse picking experience
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- Proficient with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
